ELKHART – Roland “Whitey” Buddy Yousey, 87, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018 at Morton County Senior Living Community in Elkhart.  

He was born Oct. 10, 1930 to Irvin Albert and Faye (Bain) Yousey in Dallas. 

He married Deloris Fuller March 16, 1958, in Miami, Okla. She survives.

After graduating high school, he attended automotive school in Nashville, Tenn.  

He served in the United States Army from 1954 to 1957.  

He was a millwright and worked at feed yards in Kansas, Nevada, south Texas and Alabama. 

Survivors also include son, Sidney Yousey, Johnson; daughters, Paula Stillwell, Columbus, Ohio, and Greta Victory, Johnson; sister, Alberta Birkes, Ashton, Okla.; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Irvin Yousey; three brothers; and one sister.

• Burial will be at a later date at the Dighton Memorial Cemetery in Dighton.  

There will be no public visitation.
