Rhonda Kay Critcher, 60, died Friday, March 8, 2019 at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.

She was born Sept. 26, 1958 to Glenn and Vera Bertha Oxley Grounds in Guymon, Okla. 

She married Robert Critcher April 30, 1990 in Stratford, Texas. He survives.

She graduated from Hooker High School with the Class of 1976. She then attended Seward County Community College in Liberal, and OPSU in Goodwell, Okla., studying journalism.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hooker, Okla.

Survivors also include three sons: David and Angelia White, Amarillo, Texas, Joshua Grounds, Guymon, Okla., and Ryan Joseph Critcher, Hooker, Okla.; brother, Larry and Thyra Grounds, Guymon, Okla.; sister, Carolyn and Scott Warren, Guymon, Okla.; and five grandchildren: Dawsen Tivis, Avery Clayton, Rachel Marie White, Brianna White and Haley Lynn White.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

• Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the Hooker Cemetery in Hooker, Okla. with Pastor Mike McReynolds presiding.
