MOSCOW – Leslie Keith Bell, 83, died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019 at the Satanta District Hospital in Satanta. 

He was born July 17, 1936 to Clyde Alfred and Cleora Mae (Cadman) Bell in Dodge City. 

He married Margaret Louise (Buss) Bell April 18, 1959 in Hugoton. She survives.

He was a farmer, rancher and lifetime resident of Stevens County. 

He was a member of the United States Air Force from 1955 to 1959. 

He was a member of the Moscow Lions Club. 

He enjoyed his cattle and watching KU Basketball. 

Survivors also include son, Craig Bell and wife, Tia, Moscow; daughters, Lanette Teeter and husband, Darrell, Ulysses, and Renae Hickert and husband, Tim, Liberal; brother, Kenneth “Wink” Bell and wife, Imogene, Mansville, Texas; six grandchildren: Diana Paris and husband, Aaron, Dighton, Levi Teeter and wife, Monica, Moscow, Hannah Norsworthy and husband, Darren, Manhattan, Aaron Hickert, Denver, Ragan Hickert, Liberal, and Jacob Bell, Moscow; seven great-grandchildren: LeAnn, Lyla, Ashlyn, Sylvia, Mary, Landon, and Mason; and many other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Alfred, Chester and Wesley; and sisters, Velda and Sharon.

• Memorial services will take place at a later date.
