justin cookJustin Lynn Cook, 36, died Friday, Oct. 11, 2019, at UT Health in Tyler, Texas. 

He was born Dec. 24, 1982 in Liberal. 

He later became a lead coil operator for Gladiator Energy. 

He was a giving man, and in that spirit, he was a registered organ donor and hoped that he could help someone beyond his life here on earth.

Survivors include his wife, Stacey Gothard Cook, Arp, Texas; father, Richard Lynn Cook, Longview, Texas; children: Abigail, Ashleigh, Angelina, Jillian, Lillyn, Brody, and Laylonie; siblings, Jessica Robinson and partner, Leighann, Wichita, Cameron Strange and wife, Shana, Longview, Texas, Michael Lewis and wife, Melissa, Tucson, Ariz., and Matthew Lewis, Wichita; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Rhoades Cook; paternal grandparents, Overand and Lessie Cook; maternal grandparents, Marshall and Minnie Rhoades; and brothers, Troy Strange and Mark Lewis.

• Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019, in the chapel at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home in Henderson, Texas, with Cameron Strange and Mike Rhoades presiding. 

Burial will follow in Restland Memorial Park, near Carthage, Texas, under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, 2019 at Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home in Henderson, Texas.
