david arringtonDavid Cleo Arrington, 70, died Friday, August 9, 2019, Stevens County Hospital, Hugoton, KS.

He was born July 23, 1949 to Ishmeal C. and Mabel L. (Parker) Arrington in Duncan, Okla.

He married his wife, Phyllis, Dec. 5, 1969 in Comanche, Okla. She survives.

He was a family man who loved his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed taking his family to Ft. Supply Lake. 

Survivors also include son, Jason Arrington and wife, Sharla, Plains; daughters, Rachel and Rob Crane, Hugoton, and Rebecca Elliot, Texhoma, Okla.; brothers, Vic and Mickie Arrington, Duncan, Okla., and Tommy and Trisha Arrington, Guthrie, Okla.; sister, JoAnn and Jack Strannahan, Corum, Okla.; six grandchildren; and many more relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

• Funeral services took place Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Hugoton.

Graveside services took place at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton.
