adrian nuñezULYSSES – Adrian Nuñez, 31, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, in Liberal. 

He was born Jan. 11, 1988 to Erasmo and Sylvia (Baeza) Nuñez in Garden City.

He graduated from Goddard High School.  He then attended the Energy Training Center at High Plains Technology Center in Woodward, Okla., and became a certified wind technician. 

He was currently employed at JB Well Service as an operator on a pulling rig. 

He loved spending time with his daughter, Alexi, his nieces and other family members. He also enjoyed music and dancing. 

Survivors include his parents; daughter, Alexi Naveah, Liberal; brothers, Eduardo Nuñez and wife Diana, Ulysses, and Erasmo Nuñez, Ulysses; sister, Veronica Vazquez and husband, Arturo, Liberal; and nieces: Emily and Ely Nuñez, Ulysses, and Abigail Vasquez, Liberal.

• Vigil and rosary services will be at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2019 at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at Mary, Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Ulysses with Reverend Aneesh Parappanttu, MSFS presiding. 

Burial will follow at the Ulysses Cemetery in Ulysses.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, 2019 at Garnand Funeral Home in Ulysses. 

Memorials are suggested to the Adrian Nuñez Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS  67880.
