ted barrowsHUGOTON – Dr. Ted Alan Barrows, 64, died Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2019 in Tulsa, Okla.

He was born Jan. 10, 1955 to Clarence Dean and Betty Lou (Brown) Barrows in Liberal.

He had a M.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A & I University. He later obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas. He owned the Abundant Health Chiropractic in Hugoton. 

Survivors include brothers, Larry Barrows and wife, Geraldine, Liberal, and Steve Barrows and wife, Jodi, Weatherford, Texas; brother-in-law, Alan Higgins, Wichita; four nephews: Brian Higgins and wife, Ami, Wichita, Derran Barrows and wife, Colleen, Highlands Ranch, Colo., Nick Barrows and wife, Amber, Roanoke, Texas, and Tucker Barrows and wife, Natalya Soloveychik, Heredia, Costa Rica; niece, Heather Love and husband, Robert, Wichita; six great-nephews; four great-nieces; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Deana Higgins.

• Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020 at the Hugoton Cemetery in Hugoton.
