As students return to school, Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland invites all K-12 girls to discover their potential and develop the skills to fulfill it by joining Girl Scouts.

Troops are forming now and sign-up events are happening across Kansas, including one set for 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Randall Girls Scout Cabin in Liberal, for girls ready to make new friends and uncover her next big adventure.

The unique Girl Scout environment provides a supportive space where she is encouraged to try new things and make a positive impact on her community. Girl Scouts across Kansas are preparing for another year of girl-led adventures with new badges to guide her journey.

Her creativity will thrive and her confidence will soar as she is encouraged to dream big and prepare to turn her ideas into action. Through Girl Scouts, she can become an innovative leader who created a better future for herself and makes a lasting impact on her community.

“Girl Scouts offers her the opportunity to discover who she is, what she’s passionate about, and what she wants to achieve both today and in the future. New badges released this year provide new opportunities for girls to uncover what excites her and makes her feel confident. Whether she’s zip lining across the lake at Starwoods Outdoor Center, building robots with her friends, or learning a variety of skills to create success in her future—she can explore the world around her at Girl Scouts,” said Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland CEO Liz Workman.
